You no longer have to wait for your Inspection Report , we print on site. If there is any doubt in the findings of your report , maybe the pictures will help you understand the out come of the inspection report more easily. experiencing a lack of communication as to having your Utilities on during your
Home inspection. I will only perform Home Inspections with all utilities turned
on, (unless specified by the client). This is the only fair solution for my clients.
It seems that lenders and banks want to sell or show homes on their terms, so
Home Buyers Beware. Without all utilities on you are receiving an inadequate
Home Inspection. Due to the recent spike in gasoline, based upon mileage I will
be assessing an additional $25.00- $50.00 for return trips. Please be sure your
agents understand that he or she can call, e-mail, text, you and I that the your
future home is ready for inspection. I will only do complete home inspections
for my clients, and no less. Thank you.
